The one day diagnostic service will be carried out by an accredited furniture industry professional. It is designed to provide furniture manufacturers with valuable information to help senior management teams identify key improvements that could deliver an immediate benefits. This service aims to provide you with a rapid assessment of your best practise credentials. Our findings and observations are then summerised into a report, highlighting the company's strengths and identifying potential areas for improvement.
