Understanding Consumer Law-
Course description:

  • Statutory rights (e.g. Sale of goods, Supply of goods and Services legislation)
  • The difference between legal obligations and goodwill policies
  • Liability arising from guarantees
  • Product safety obligations under civil law
  • Case studies from The Furniture Ombudsman case files

Why should I attend?

  • Perform better in your current job
  • Understand consumer law in practical terms
